Triton Land Development’s acquisition strategy focuses on markets with favorable supply and demand relationships that can support new construction. We concentrate on projects in the mid-value $3- to $10 million range, primarily in growth markets throughout the Southwestern United States.

Markets Overview:
Our activities are centered primarily in secondary and tertiary markets throughout the Southwestern states. Southwestern region metropolitan areas are rapidly expanding with population growth ranging from 25% to 195% since 1980. Fueled by job increases, low costs of living, and a favorable tax environment, aggressive growth is forecasted to continue well beyond 2020.

A majority of Triton Land Development’s existing portfolio properties and potential acquisition opportunities are located in Texas, with a focus on the cities of Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas. Texas is one of the fastest growing economies in the United States and is home to six of the top 50 Fortune 500 companies. As the country’s largest exporter, Texas generates more than $100 billion per year in multinational trade.
